At QGMI, we do not only advocate for an ethical culture in our business development, but we also work hardly to assure the entire chain of our business network (suppliers, business partners, customers, third parties, etc.) is ethical.
As we live in an increasingly globalised world, it is difficult to monitor the actions of all our partners while efficiently communicating the main points of our Programme and our Code of Ethics. To ensure and encourage good practices inside and outside QGMI, the compliance department needs to rely on collaborators to guarantee that the processes and procedures of the Compliance Programme are implemented in all its business units.
This support is achieved thanks to the Local Compliance Officers (LCOs) and the ambassadors or spokespeople who, through their work, and associated with our Compliance Systems, help the company to prevent undesired behaviours or at odds with our values, at the same time as they disclose the Compliance Programme among all the employees of their business unit.
