Gestión Integrada de Residuos

En QGMI, tenemos previsto adoptar un enfoque de gestión integrada de residuos, evaluando sus distintos flujos y adoptando un enfoque para gestionarlos. Nuestros residuos orgánicos se separan y son tratados por un compostador, y el resultado final de esta gestión de los residuos orgánicos puede reutilizarse en nuestros proyectos de reforestación.

Sistema de Control GPS

Utilizamos una tecnología GPS para aumentar nuestra productividad en los procesos de movimiento de tierras y nivelación. Este sistema de control permite a los operarios nivelar con mayor precisión y rapidez, lo que se traduce en una mayor productividad, menores costes operativos y un trabajo bien hecho.

SAE (Sistema de Monitorización Electrónico)

El Sistema de Monitorización Electrónico fue desarrollado internamente por el equipo de TI, con el objetivo de monitorizar en tiempo real el desarrollo de las actividades y horas de trabajo de los colaboradores y equipos, reduciendo el tiempo de acceso a los indicadores de desempeño para la toma de decisiones estratégicas. El sistema, que está disponible en portugués, inglés y español, funciona a través de un smartphone mediante la lectura de códigos QR pegados en los equipos y en las credenciales de los trabajadores. Funciona incluso cuando no hay Internet disponible, ya que los datos pueden almacenarse en la memoria del teléfono y transferirse cuando hay una señal de red Wi-Fi o 4G. Mejora la gestión de los costes, el control de la productividad y contribuye a la sostenibilidad medioambiental.
