SAE (Sistema de Monitorización Electrónico)

Desarrollado por nuestro equipo de TI, el SAE monitoriza las actividades y horas de trabajo de colaboradores y equipos en tiempo real, reduciendo el tiempo de acceso a los indicadores de desempeño. Consta de una aplicación que lee los códigos QR asignados a los equipos y al personal, y funciona incluso cuando no hay red disponible. Mejora de gestión de los costes, control de la productividad, contribución a la sostenibilidad medioambiental, etc.

Sistema de Control GPS

Este sistema de control permite a los operarios nivelar y mover la tierra con mayor precisión y rapidez, lo que se traduce en una mayor productividad, menores costes operativos y un trabajo bien hecho. 

Gestión Integrada de Residuos

Gestionamos los residuos de manera integrada separándolos, tratándolos con un compostador y evaluando sus flujos. Reutilizamos el resultado en proyectos de reforestación. 

Third Party Risk Management

Our Third-Party Risk Management System is designed to act preventively in identifying third parties and managing associated risks. It is an electronic, automated, and parameterised system integrated into our payment platform, enabling almost instantaneous screening of the reputational and financial aspects of third parties at the contracting stage. In this way, we support the procurement area in identifying the best suppliers in the market—those who share QGMI’s commitment to quality and social responsibility—while reducing our exposure to third-party risk. Our decentralised due diligence process allows the organisation to operate with confidence in the markets where it is present. 

Integrated Waste Management

At QGMI, we plan to adopt an integrated waste management approach, by assessing the various waste streams and adopting an approach of waste management. Our organic wastes are segregated, and a designed composter treats them. The result of the organic waste management can be applied to our reforestation projects.

Accugrade GPS Control System

We use a GPS technology to increase our productivity in earthmoving and grading processes. This Control System allows operators to grade more precisely and faster, which translates into higher productivity, lower operating costs, and a well-done work.

SAE (Electronic Monitoring System)

The Electronic Monitorig System was developed internally by the IT team, with the aim of monitoring the development of activities and working hours of workers and teams in real time, reducing access time to performance indicators for strategic decision making. The system, which is available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, works via smartphone by reading QR Codes affixed to equipment and on workers‘ credentials. It works even where there is no internet available, as data can be stored in the phone’s memory and transferred when there is a Wi-Fi or 4G network signal. It improves cost management, productivity control and contributes to environmental sustainability.
